Submission

Poster/Demo Submission and Formatting Instructions

Abstract submissions should be no more than 2 pages and must follow a double-column format. All figures, appendices, and references must fit within this limit. Reviewing is single-blind and submissions should list author names on the front page.

Papers must be typeset using the 2017 ACM Master article template. Detailed instructions are here. Please start with the sample-sigconf.tex example. Authors must not alter any of the formatting aspects defined in the template, such as layout, margins, or font sizes. In particular, authors must use the default 9-pt font size at the submission stage. These formatting guidelines apply regardless of those in the previous years. Failure to follow these guidelines, particularly the use of a different template or a font size, will lead to immediate rejection.

Your submission must be in PDF format with all fonts embedded and be formatted according to the official ACM format mentioned above. Submissions that do not meet the page limit, size, and formatting requirements will not be reviewed. Posters and demos are to be submitted at https://ipsn21-posters-demos.hotcrp.com/.

Due to the short interval between the notification of acceptance and the camera-ready deadline, we strongly encourage authors to follow the camera-ready formatting guidelines as closely as possible already for the initial abstract submission.

Ph.D. Forum Submission Guidelines

The scope of the submissions is the same as that listed in the IPSN 2021 Call for Papers. Submissions will be reviewed by the Ph.D. forum committee to ensure quality, relevance, and potential benefit from attendance to the forum. Accepted submissions will be published as part of the main conference proceedings. Submissions must be in PDF format, written in English, adhere to the IPSN formatting guidelines, following the ACM master article template, and contain no more than 2 pages including figures, tables, and references. Submissions must include the student’s name, affiliation, and email address on the first page. Extended abstract can be submitted at: https://ipsn21phdforum.hotcrp.com/.
