Instructions for the preparation of camera-ready manuscripts
- All contributions accepted for publication at IPSN 2015 will be published in a single volume containing all conference proceedings.
- The camera-ready deadline for all manuscripts is February 28, 2015 (anywhere on Earth). This is a firm deadline with no grace period allowed. Failing to meet the deadline might cause your contribution to be excluded from the final conference proceedings.
- Camera-ready manuscripts must be prepared according to the formatting guidelines provided in the Camera-Ready Formatting Guidelines section below.
- Please make sure that the title of your contribution and author names and affiliations are included in your manuscripts. This information will be used to automatically generate the Table of Content of the conference proceedings.
- Titles of poster and demo abstracts must be prefixed with the text "Poster Abstract:" and "Demonstration Abstract:", respectively.
- Your final manuscript must be uploaded using this link: IPSN Camera-Ready Submission. This site is provided and managed by OmniPress, which is the company in charge of the preparation of the final conference proceedings. You need to register for the site in order to be able to upload your manuscripts. Please name your final manuscript firstauthorlastname.pdf.
- For all papers, posters, and demos to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one co-author must register at the full (non-student) rate for the IPSN 2015 by the camera-ready deadline. Please register as soon as possible at: CPS Week Registration
- After registering for IPSN 2015, you will obtain a registration code, which you will be required to provide when submitting your camera-ready manuscript. You will not be able to upload your final manuscript without a registration code!
- For each contribution that will appear in the proceedings, a rights management form must be filled in, signed, and uploaded. Instructions on how to do so will be provided to you in a separate e-mail. This e-mail will be automatically generated by the copyright form management system of ACM, which is the copyright holder of IPSN proceedings this year. There is a chance that this e-mail will wind up in your SPAM folder. Please make sure that you set e-mail SPAM settings to allow emails from "rightsreview@acm.org".
- After completing their rights management form, authors will be e-mailed the correct rights management text and bibliographic strip to place within their manuscripts (bottom left of the first column). Please note that you must enter this text into the final version of your manuscripts. You should thus submit your rights management form as soon as possible.
- Should you have any questions about the preparation of your camera-ready manuscripts, please do not hesitate to contact Anwar Hithnawi (hithnawi@inf.ethz.ch ) and Silvia Santini (silvia.santini@tu-dresden.de), Publication Co-chairs of IPSN 2015.
Camera-Ready Formatting Guideline

- Poster and demonstration abstracts should be submitted as PDF files and be formatted using ACM SIG Proceedings Tighter Alternate Style.
- Poster and demonstration abstracts are at most 2 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- ACM Classification Section: The "Categories and Subject Descriptors" and "Keywords" are strongly encouraged by ACM to be included in the first page of your submission after the Abstract text. See page 1 of the ACM sample PDF
- ACM General Terms: ACM General Terms are no longer required for the papers & abstracts to be included in the ACM Digital Library.
- Images and figures fonts: If your figure uses custom or any non-standard font, the characters may appear differently when printed in the proceedings. Remember to check your figure creation to ensure that all fonts are embedded or included in the figure correctly.
- Images resolution: Images in your document should be at least 300 or 600 dpi for quality reproduction and saved in compatible format that supports print quality resolution.
- No page numbering, headers, and footers: Your final submission MUST NOT contain any footer or header string information at the top or bottom of each page, nor any page numbering.
