ANONYMIZATION
Submission to IPSN are double-blind and authors must make a good faith effort to anonymize their submissions. That is, it MUST NOT be possible to infer indentities and affiliations of the authors from the PDF file.
SUBMISSION
Papers that do not meet the size, formatting, and anonymization requirements will not be reviewed.
All papers must be submitted through the conference submission site. In the submission system, authors must enter ALL conflicts of interest with members of the program committee and other collaborators.
The submission site provides a format checker that implements a set of heuristics to check if your PDF is compliant with the formatting instructions. If the checker complains about violations, please check the formatting carefully. However, the checker may sometimes report false positives, so its output should be taken as a hint, not as definitive assessment.
