Feb 04: Authors contact the shepherd with a detailed proposal on what changes they will make to the paper to satisfy the reviewers' comments
Feb 07: Shepherds respond with any comments
Feb 11: Authors send an initial draft revision to Shepherds for any comments
Feb 15: Shepherd responds with any concerns
Feb 18: Authors upload a complete version to IEEE database and also send to Shepherd, the Publication Chair (Andreas Savvides) and to the PC Chairs (Rob Nowak and Mani Srivastava for Main Track papers; Rajesh Gupta and Bill Kaiser for SPOTS Track papers)
Feb 21: Authors can still upload if IEEE permits but we cannot guarantee
Apr 15: Authors send draft slides or poster for their presentation to the shepherd, and to the PC Chairs (Rob Nowak and Mani Srivastava for Main Track papers; Rajesh Gupta and Bill Kaiser for SPOTS Track papers)
Apr 20: Shepherds respond with comments on the slides or the posters
The paper submissions for IPSN are handled through the IEEE Press online database.

The page limit is 8-pages for IPSN papers and posters and 6-pages for IPSN./SPOTS papers.
Conference manuscripts should adhere to the standard IEEE two-column format for conferences. The two most important elements of manuscript layout are:
1) Margin requirements: these must be strictly followed. Papers cannot be accepted until proper margins are used.
